Baker Sterchi Attorneys Contribute to 2024 ALFA Transportation Law Compendium
Baker Sterchi Members Jon Benevides, Jim Jarrow and Shawn Rogers contributed to the Kansas section of the 2024 edition of the ALFA International (ALFA) Transportation Practice Group’s 50-state Transportation Law Compendium. Kyle Roehler contributed to the Missouri section and served as an editor for the compendium.
The ALFA Transportation Law Compendium is a quick reference guide for 11 common topics in transportation litigation. It covers areas such as rules governing third-party litigation funding, standards for using Zoom in hearings and trials, and applicable law in motor vehicle accident cases. Based in Kansas City, Benevides, Jarrow, Roehler and Rogers are members of ALFA’s Transportation Practice Group. They represent transportation carriers and their insurers in commercial motor vehicle accidents and handle various other legal matters in the trucking industry. Additionally, Jarrow is a co-chair of Baker Sterchi's Trucking Practice Group.
