Jennifer Maloney Appointed Co-Chair of Product Liability Practice Group
As of January 1, Jennifer Maloney, a Member based in St. Louis, has assumed the role of co-chair of Baker Sterchi’s Product Liability Practice Group. The product liability team at Baker Sterchi defends manufacturers, distributors and sellers across a wide spectrum of products, ranging from consumer goods to medical equipment to industrial machinery.
Throughout her career, Maloney has advocated for businesses and insurance companies, with a primary focus on product liability, premises liability, personal injury and transportation matters. Beyond her extensive practice experience, she brings valuable leadership skills to her new role, having served as the past president of the St. Clair County Illinois Bar Association.
Active within the legal community, Maloney is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Illinois Defense Counsel (IDC), earning the IDC President’s Award in 2022. Over the last several years she has received recognition from The Best Lawyers in America for her product liability litigation defense practice and is also a recent recipient of the Missouri Lawyers Media Up & Coming Award.
Maloney earned her law degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
